DTX GOLF CLUB – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the golf simulators, facilities, and related services provided by DTX Golf Club (“DTX Golf Club,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. General Terms
1.1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as any supplemental terms or policies that may apply to specific promotions, services, or activities offered by DTX Golf Club.
1.2. Changes to Terms
We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Use of Services
2.1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
2.2. Reservations
Reservations are strongly recommended. Walk-ins are accommodated based on simulator availability and cannot be guaranteed.
2.3. Code of Conduct
All guests must behave respectfully toward staff and other patrons. Disruptive, unsafe, intoxicated, or inappropriate behavior may result in the immediate termination of your session without refund.
2.4. Equipment Responsibility
Guests are responsible for the proper use of all simulator equipment and facility property. Damage resulting from misuse, negligence, or failure to follow instructions may result in repair or replacement charges billed to the guest.
3. Payment and Cancellation
3.1. Pricing
Current pricing is posted on our website and/or in the facility and may change at any time without prior notice.
3.2. Payments
Payment is required at the time of booking or before your session begins. We accept credit cards, debit cards, and cash.
3.3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 12 or more hours prior to the reservation time: Full refund.
Cancellations made less than 12 hours prior: No refund.
No-shows: No refund.
Rescheduling may be offered at our discretion but is not guaranteed.
4. Privacy
4.1. Personal Information
We collect, store, and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.
5. Miscellaneous
5.1. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which DTX Golf Club operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
5.2. Dispute Resolution
All disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in the jurisdiction where DTX Golf Club is located. By using our services, you waive the right to participate in a lawsuit or jury trial.
5.3. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
5.4. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the complete and exclusive agreement between you and DTX Golf Club regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior written or oral agreements.
