1. Policy Overview
We are committed to providing an exceptional experience for all our customers. To ensure fairness and accommodate all patrons, we have established a 12-hour cancellation policy for all bookings at our golf simulator facility.
2. Cancellation Window
Customers must cancel their reservation at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled start time to avoid cancellation fees.
3. Cancellation Process
Online Reservations: Cancel your booking through our online booking system.
Phone Reservations: Call us at (469) 781-4655 to cancel your reservation.
In-Person Reservations: Visit us at 17811 Davenport Rd Suite 4A, Dallas, TX 75252 to cancel.
4. Cancellation Fees
Cancellations made 12 hours or more before the scheduled start time: No cancellation fee.
Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled start time: A cancellation fee equal to 50% of the booking fee will be charged.
No-Shows: Failure to attend your reservation without canceling will result in being charged the full booking fee.
5. Refunds
Cancellations made 12 hours or more in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 12 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund.
No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
6. Rescheduling
Rescheduling is allowed up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time without fee.
Rescheduling requests made less than 12 hours before the scheduled start time will be treated as a cancellation and subject to the cancellation fee policy.
7. Exceptional Circumstances
In the case of emergencies or exceptional circumstances, please contact our management directly at (469) 781-4655. Special considerations may be made on a case-by-case basis.
